ENERGY AUDITS
NORPAC is proud to be an Engineering/Consulting representative to provide energy audits with a focus on energy management through applied process control for BC Hydro Transmission customers. Working closely with your team, NORPAC will undertake these initiatives on your behalf to benchmark current operating status and recommend how efficiencies can be implemented to reduce cost, increase operating efficiency, increase self-generation, reduce fossil fuel dependence, increase biomass usage, thereby reducing green house gases from non-renewable sources.
MT&R
NORPAC is proud to be an Engineering/Consulting representative to support the implementation of MT&R (Monitoring, Targeting & Reporting Services) systems and help develop Sustainable Energy Management Programs (SEMP) for BC Hydro Transmission customers. Our focus is to provide the tools and expertise necessary to implement energy management reporting systems in real-time. The application of MT&R concepts is embedded in our web-based energy reporting portals and dashboards that provide the business intelligence to sustain energy management benefits.
SEMP
Sustainable Energy Management Program: We are also ready to collaborate with you to establish an Energy Management Program tailored to your site.
ENVIRONMENTAL WIN/WIN
BC Hydro Power Smart has an Energy Study incentive program tailored to fund a portion if not 100% of the study cost should your proposal be accepted. We are here to assist with your application/implementation process to ensure you develop the best plan and realize all the possible economic benefits.
We invite you to explore opportunities and take advantage of our expertise:
- NORPAC is Solution-oriented and we frequently apply control technology for the specific purpose of energy reduction and optimization.
- We have a unique ability to target, implement and sustain process control solutions for energy optimization
- Our technology includes advanced process control tools (model predictive control, control loop performance monitoring) and asset optimization technology.
Our role could include some or all of the following:
- work with you to target opportunities
- detailed energy audits of specific process areas or plant-wide
- establish implementation costs and ROI metrics
- implement the technology, training programs and ongoing support
- implement MT&R and KPI reporting systems
