INCUITY SOFTWARE NAMES NORPAC CONTROLS LTD. AS VALUE-ADDED RESELLER FOR BRITISH COLUMBIA

Mission Viejo, Calif., Feb. 16, 2006 – Incuity Software, Inc., a leading developer of real-time business intelligence software designed specifically for manufacturing enterprises, today announced the signing of NORPAC Controls Ltd. as the exclusive value-added reseller (VAR) for sales and support of the company’s Incuity™ business intelligence software in British Columbia.

“The province of British Columbia has always been an important market for industrial automation simply because it’s such a rich area for both natural resources and the production of goods and commodities – and NORPAC Controls has been a critical supplier to this large and growing industrial base,” said Gary Wilson, Incuity Vice President of Worldwide Sales. “NORPAC has been supplying automation products and services for nearly 35 years to critical industries including pulp & paper, mining, chemicals, food & beverages, timber products, electric power, oil & gas, refining and water and wastewater treatment.

“They rank as the most trusted and knowledgeable instrumentation and process control specialists in the province and we’re delighted to have them represent our full line of Incuity™ products for integrating the plant floor with corporate business applications,” Wilson added.

NORPAC Controls will sell, support and deploy Incuity EMI software throughout British Columbia, from its main office in Burnaby and regional offices in Prince George and on Vancouver Island.

“We’re pleased to add the Incuity EMI toolsets to the solutions we offer our customers because they enhance the ability to provide useful information for business decision-making at all levels of these companies,” said Steve Babensee, NORPAC Controls Sales Manager for Control Systems and Solutions. “Having browser-based access to production information that is easily manipulated and displayed in user-defined formats means our customers can do an even better job of optimizing their production operations and streamlining their related business applications.”

The Incuity HDA™ historical data access product connects to a variety of off-the-shelf plant floor historian products – such as Emerson’s DeltaV Historian, Wonderware’s IndustrialSQL Server™, AspenTech’s InfoPlus.21TM System, OSIsoft’s PI System, Rockwell Automation’s RS Bizware Historian and any other OPC HDA-compatible historian – to easily access archived production data and allow users to manipulate, view, trend and report on it in the appropriate context.

The Incuity EMI™ software enhances these capabilities by facilitating connections to multiple types of data sources across all levels of medium and large companies, from plant floor systems to enterprise business applications. It offers sophisticated capabilities for manipulating, viewing and sharing data throughout larger organizations. Incuity can access information over any network, using standard browsers, and process it as requested so users can analyze it from within the application software they already use to do their jobs – whether it’s word processors, spreadsheets, graphics, data mining, business intelligence or other programs.
